Tenant Services

Our property management team is headed by Dagmar Miller, Realter, Property Manager. Our property management team reviews and approves rental applications; they oversee the collection of rents, security deposits, fees, and fines.
 
This team executes leases, arbitrate tenant disputes, dispatch late notices, file dispossessory warrants, make court appearances, coordinate move in and move out notices, and evictions.
 
Their incredible talents are dusplayed through personal involvement and knowledge of the tenants. They can be a tough collection agent or friend. This combination has made them respected and revered property managers and we are proud to have them all with us.

Following eviction, termination or vacancy of leased premises, I inspect the property and notify the tenant in accordance with the State of Arizona Laws for rents, damages and fees due. 
 
At the owners direction, any balances remaining unpaid following a thirty (30) day period, will referred to a collection company.  Fees due in accordance with collection will be passed to tenant to the maximun allowed by law. 
 
 
Security Deposits
Havasu Realty shall receive and disburse all tenant’s security deposits.  Said security deposits shall be held in a trust account.  Security deposits will be disbursed to tenants in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
 
Charges to Tenants

We shall collect an application fee, administration fee and late charge as set by Broker.  Currently these charges are:
 
Application Fee
$20.00 per person. Fee must be paid to the Property Manager before the application can be processed.

 

Late Fee
A five dollar per day retroactive back to the 1st is added to the rent not received on the due date.
